Development
Senior Software Engineer
We need experienced Software Engineers to tackle a range of projects related to data-capture,advanced reporting and distributed system.You will need experience of client-side development using Java and AJAX.Experience of server-side development an advantage.
You will need a knowledge of full development life-cycle and have a dedication to software quality and a rigorous approach to system engineering with the ability to innovate.
Software Engineers
We need experienced Java software engineers, ideally with experience of real-time systems or user interface design and a knowledge of system-level application development to tackle a range of projects related to data-capture, advanced reporting and distributed systems. Knowledge of mobile application environments would be good too.
You will have a dedication to software quality and a rigorous, engineering-led approach to system engineering with the ability to innovate.
Sales
Sales Account Manager
We are looking for top-flite account managers, with experience of selling advanced enterprise software solutions to leading edge multi-channel and internet businesses using consultative selling and partnership strategies.
You will be fired by a desire to use your selling skills to capitalise on the opportunity to sell a unique and patented suite of solutions in a company with a "start-up" mentality but a proven track record and great reference stories. You will need to be familiar with on-line business concepts and technology, with the support of an established pre-sales, marketing and support functions.
Pre-Sales Consultants
Pre-sales in Speed-Trap is more than being a "speak a spec service" or "demo-dolly", we are looking for smart business-savvy people with a technology background who can help our customers and prospects understand how Speed-Trap's technology can make a difference to their business.
You will be working both with the sales teams to drive our success and with the development and marketing teams to develop new product concepts, and propositions. You will be good on your feet, able to write coherently and willing to deliver 110% and realise the opportunity your stock options will provide.
Technical Services & Customer Support
Customer Support Consultants
Speed-Trap offer a full range of technical services from training to hosted services and from help-desk to project consulting. We provide these services to our direct end-user customers and to our growing set of national and international partners, resellers and OEMs. We are looking for people to join our customer support team, where you will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of our customer relationships. You will be a skilled technologist with a good knowledge of internet technologies and software systems support.
Most importantly you will have an interest in the applications of technology and the ability to both provide detailed 2nd line support to the technical support teams in our partners and provide support to our end-user customers who are using our solutions to drive their businesses
